PHASED STRATEGY

  • Implementing a three phased approach

  • Expediting electrolyte filling and formation process step

FACILITY DEVELOPMENT

  • Received a certificate/permits from the township for brownfield site

  • Construction of the Zeeb Rd. Campus is underway

EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT

  • Filling and formation equipment ordered

  • Dry room vendor selection in-process

THROUGHPUT

  • Phase I will have capacity to fill & form 750k cells annually

  • At completion of all phases, annual cell capacity will be 1.3M

N.D.A.A. COMPLIANCE BUILDING INTO THE SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Non-China supply chain begins during phase I with U.S. electrolytes

  • Complete Non-China supply chain will be achieved at the end of phase III for NDAA compliant advanced battery cell manufacturing from Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.
